Sinopsis: Timmy Turner (Drake Bell) ha crecido y como regla debía dejar a sus padrinos, sin embargo Timmy aun los conserva gracias a su comportamiento de niño de 10 años, pero una sorpresa lo espera al volver a ver Tutty (Daniella Monet) la niña con frenos y aspecto geek que estaba perdidamente enamorada de el ahora completamente cambiada y muy diferente. Ahora Timmy tiene que decidir entre sus padrinos o enfrentar la realidad de crecer.
